Friendly Friday
-Sleeping at 5:15 AM in college is normal. Waking up at 5:15 AM in college to catch a taxi for field observations at a high school is not. Three more to go. Hang in there, Jenny.
-Making myself a hearty breakfast (rice and samgyubssal) after observations.
-Reading Jeremiah 1-6 and being blown away by the convicting words of God.
-Passing out for three hours then waking up to Sammy’s text saying, “Babe just stay there. You deserve the rest.” Thus taking another hour to get out of bed.
-Talking to my dear mum on the phone.
-Catching up with Sravya over dinner and bubble tea at Noodle Gourmet. This girl is 20 now and just got a summer internship position at Parsippany. Ah where did the time go?
-Seeing someone who looks like Luciano Pavarotti on the bus. Nessun dorma!
-Cradling pillows with my roommate because they give us comfort when we’re scared during movies.
-Realizing that tomorrow is Saturday and I can sleep in. YES.
